PULLING A PERMIT - Nehemiah 2:1-8

HOW WILL I RESPOND TO GOD'S CALL OF LEADERSHIP?

1. When God burdens me, I will choose to respond (V. 1-4)

2. When I choose to respond, I must face my fears (V. 2, 5-8a)

Why I Do Not Respond:

  1. Fear of the unknown
  2. Fear of failure
  3. Fear of transparency
  4. Fear of change
  5. Fear of man

3. When I face my fears, I see God at work  (V. 2:8b)

Evidence Of God At Work In My Life

  1. God has transformed my heart
  2. God's miracles are visible
  3. God's calling is confirmed
