- I choose not to tolerate their persistence in sin (v. 1-2a)
How To Confront - Matthew 18:15-20
- One-On-One (v. 15)
- One Or Two Others (v. 16)
- Tell It To The Church (v. 17a)
- Treat Him As An Unbeliever (v. 17a)
When To Confront
- When they pursue their sin more than their Savior
- When they are committed to what they want over the Word
- When their behavior does not match their spoken beliefs
- When their conduct is damaging to the name of Christ
- When their sinful desires lead to death
2. I need to release them to their own destruction (v. 2b-5)
3. I will protect the purity of the Church (v. 6-13)
