This is Lift Church – Various Scriptures

Matt. 28:19-20

We glorify God by helping people believe in, belong to, become like Jesus.

1.    Believe (v. John 1:12, 3:16, 20:31)

-       To believe in Jesus, I must receive Jesus as my Savior and Lord

2.    Belong (v. Acts 2:46-47; Galatians 5:24; Hebrews 10:24-25)

-       To belong to Jesus, I must be filled with the Spirit and love His Church.

3.    Become (v. Mark 1:17, Luke 22:24-27, Mark 10:45)

-       To become like Jesus, I must serve others and share the Gospel.
